Robert E. Margulies received the James J. Boskey ADR Practitioner of the Year Award at the 2003 annual meeting of the New Jersey State Bar Association in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The James J. Boskey Award is given annually by the Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar in recognition of an individual’s achievements in educating the public about complementary and alternative dispute resolution techniques; promoting and encouraging reform and modernization of the legal system; improving the relationship between the general public and members of the legal profession; exemplifying the goals and purposes of the Dispute Resolution Section and serving the residents of the state of New Jersey.
